TrueHaven does not guarantee the performance of any investment. The investor is solely responsible for the decision to invest and assumes all associated risks.
How We Think About Alternatives
Focus first on impact and doing good before returns

Strongly favor diversified funds over direct deals — to reduce risk and enhance stability
Alternative investments are speculative, are not suitable for all investors, and are intended for experienced investors able to bear substantial economic risk. Risks include loss of all or a substantial portion of the investment; illiquidity and the absence of a secondary market; use of leverage and short selling; concentration and lack of diversification; limited transparency regarding valuation and pricing; delays in tax reporting; less regulation and higher fees than mutual funds; and risks associated with the operations and personnel of the manager.
TrueHaven has negotiated access and fee arrangements with certain private funds for the benefit of our clients. Because those terms are not available with every fund, we have an incentive to recommend funds with which such arrangements exist. We do not receive compensation, commissions, or revenue sharing from the funds themselves. We do charge our own advisory fee on assets invested in alternative investments — up to 0.50% for clients not utilizing family office services.
